FYI: Once you are my Client, you are welcome to use the Studio on your own (without anyone else around while you train), at pre-booked times, and at the minimal rates, which are beating any local competition (Up to 3 x 1hr a week: $80.00 per month. Up to 7 x 1hr a week: $150.00 per month).

Food Tracker Unit
$380.00 PER MONTH. 'You bite it, you write it!' Track what you eat and send the Tracker back to me for the extensive and honest comments. A very popular and helpful way to stick to nurturing yourself and changing nutritional patterns rather than eating empty calories.
1 week worth of online personal training
$350.00
One personalized workout plan issued within 48 hours of your purchase, following a short initial consultation and form-filling. On average, I will provide you with fully customized weight training programs for 3 days of the week plus cardio programs/advice.
As you train, you may e-mail me any time. I will return your e-mails twice during the 1-week training period, within 24 hours from your e-mail (you may ask me questions about your plan, complain about your sore muscles, or ask me to fire you a motivating note! As long as I receive your e-mail up to 24 hours before your Plan expires, I will!
The Unit has to be fully used within (any unused part of it expires) 30 calendar days following the date of the purchase.
4-week online personal training
$1,150.00
After the initial 1-hour consultation (NOT included in the program), I will custom-design your training program and give general guidelines regarding some adjustments you might make in your nutrition to improve your performance. Within 48 hours, I will e-mail you the first of your 4 brand new training plans (you will receive one plan per week). On average, you will receive 3 days worth of fully customized weight training sessions per week plus cardiovascular training plans/advice.
As you train, you may e-mail me any time.
Specifically, you would benefit the most if you e-mail me with your training log and nutrition log completed, as well as a note about your general well-being, 3 days before your next week of the Unit starts (so I can address your needs even better). However, it is up to you. If you don’t e-mail me, I will update the program as well as I can.
I will e-mail you my answer to your e-mail(s)-encouragement-support note once a week.
The Unit has to be used within (and any unused part of it expires) 60 calendar days following the date of the purchase.
12-week online personal training
$2,800.00

Specifically, you would benefit the most if you e-mail me with your training log and nutrition log, as well as a note about your general well-being, 3 days before your next week of the Unit starts (so I can address your needs even better). However, it is up to you. If you don’t e-mail me, I will update the program as well as I can.

After the initial 6 weeks, you will come to see me for a 30-minute-long re-evaluation appointment (we will discuss your progress and take some measurements, see how your BMI and Lean Body Mass, or other relevant parameters improve and we will set the course for the next 6 weeks).
